Anne's New Series in Production: Gambler Yi Takes a Wife

Michael Tse, Anne Heung and Linda Chung took part in the costume fitting for TVB's new series "Gambler Yi Takes a Wife." This series hails from Golden Producer Lee Tim Sing and will be the new year series to be aired at the end of the year. Michael will be the first male lead, playing the title role of Gambler Yi. With TVB seeming to treat him quite well, he says modestly: "Don't say that, I only just found out." Asked if he was happy about this, Michael says: "No one would be unhappy about it! This is my first leading role in my eight years of television work. I have wanted to film with Brother Tim since I entered the industry, so I am very happy that the company has asked me to do this role. (Are you feeling the pressure of taking the new year series?) Every time I film a series, I feel pressure whether I am the lead or not, because you need the pressure in order to push yourself to give your best."As for Linda who will be playing Michael's wife, she says she is not a gambler and she recalls being quite upset at spending Canadian $20 visiting a casino on her travels. Anne indicates that in the show, her gambling problem leaves her having to collect excrement to make a living. In real life though, she is not a gambler and would rather spend the money on shopping instead.

Anne Heung Once Discovered a Tumor in Her Breast

Anne Heung joined Miriam Yeung, Jade Kwan, and others at the "Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation" activity yesterday. As it common for women to develop breast cancer, Anne expresses that in the recent years, she has been paying much attention to this concern. Anne reveals that she often makes self-examination of her breasts at home in order to prevent breast cancer. In addition, Anne once discovered that her breast had a small tumor, but the doctor said that it is very common for women during these ages. Furthermore, he said that if it does not worsen, it will be fine. During this time, Anne was extremely terrified to think about this matter. Anne says that periodic inspection is a must and she says that one should not be afraid or embarrassed to do so.

After the outbreak rumors of Yoyo Mung dating Ekin Cheng, Yoyo has been the center of attention for many reporters. Last week at the promotion for her TVB series "Storms in a Pool," Yoyo was put on the spotlight to answer questions regarding the rumors. Although Yoyo did not admit anything, she was frequently caught smiling. At 5pm, good friend Anne Heung met up with Yoyo for a meal together. As they went inside the restaurant to order sirloin congee, they noticed that reporters were following them. Yoyo seemed a bit annoyed with these people. Both her and Anne kept looking outside to check and see their actions. These two well-known artists quickly finished their meal and paid to leave the restaurant as soon as possible. It seems that Yoyo and Anne are both being low key about Yoyo's relationship with Ekin.

Anne Heung Secretive About Yoyo Mung's Rumors with Ekin Cheng



Former Miss Hong Kong winners Anne Heung and Virginia Yung took part in an "Evergreen Modelling" event, where they joined over a hundred pensioners to share tips on how to build confidence, attractiveness and beauty.

Anne's good friend Yoyo Mung has been linked with Ekin Cheng recently and when she was asked about this, Anne was very secretive as she told the press to ask Yoyo. As for Yoyo becoming the target of the paparazzi lately, she has warned Yoyo to drive carefully. Talking of Yoyo smiling sweetly whenever the romance is mentioned, Anne says that Yoyo is always very happy. At the event, Anne shared her experiences of doing shows and taking part in Miss Hong Kong with the elderly participants and although she has been in the industry for many years now, she is still nervous when she goes on stage. Talking of how she gets on with the older generation, she says that she does not spend much time with them because her own grandparents are abroad, however, she does not worry about not being able to communicate because many pensioners are very trendy and old many life experiences, so she has a lot to learn from them.

Virginia and Anne have a close affinity because they were school friends for both high school and university and it was Virginia who crowned Anne. She feels that she is able to get on with the elderly and feels the most important thing is patience, so she does not have any problems getting on with her mother-in-law. Asked what she thinks of this year's Miss Hong Kong winner Aimee Chan, she says she has not seen Aimee in person, but feels she is quite pretty. As for the rumours about her breast enhancement, she feels that if it is acceptable for the person, then that is okay.

Anne Heung At Haircare Center Promotion









Anne Heung took part in a promotion for a haircare centre, where she had her hair quality tested and shared some haircaar experiences. She reveals that in the past she did suffer from some hairloss and she noticed this when her ponytails would get thinner and thinner, so she goes for proper treatment regularly now. As for many city dwellers being troubled by baldness, would she accept a bald boyfriend? She says that this is beyond her conrtol because even if he is not bald to start with, then he could still lose his hair in later life.

Talking of a male artiste storing raunchy films of his girlfriend on his mobile phone and being blackmailed, Anne says that this is very immoral of the man who has no respect for women. She says: "He is showing no respect for his girlfriend and this should be a basic requirement. Being filmed in secret cannot be helped, but he should not be secretly filming his other half, regardless of whether the girl is an artiste or not. If these pictures are leaked out, it will harm the girl a lot. (Would you rather have a bald boyfriend than one who films you getting changed?) Yes, secret filming is totally unacceptable behaviour, because you don't know if he is filming other women or if he is obsessive."

Anne says that she rarely shoots sexy photographs and her most daring was just face to face. She will not keep any such photos on her phone because they are fine to be kept in her memories. Alhough she stores all her photographs in her computer, she is not worried about them being leaked because they are just normal lifestyle pictures and the paparazzi will not be too interested in them. She is just worried that they may affect her friends who are not from the industry.
