Anne Heung and Michael Tse joined with a skilled cook to make New Years' buns, while promoting their current TVB series "Best Bet," which has been broadcasting. The overall procedure is not too complicated, but it requires some skills and all the necessary materials and ingredients such as flour, salted egg yolks, powder, water, sugar, and oil. First, they had to rub the flour and split it into parts, smoothly compressing the flour into round shapes. Then the next step is to wrap the salty egg yolk into the flour, and then making it round and smooth before putting it in steam.
In the series "Best Bet," Anne's character is Michael's younger female cousin, who has high hopes for marrying a rich man. In real life, is this a factor for Anne selecting boyfriends? Anne says that money is necessary when two people get married, but money is not the most important factor in a relationship. For the past two years, Anne has been single. This year, Anne hopes to seek love, but it is all down to fate.
As the male lead for the New Years' series, this is Michael's first leading role ever. Michael expresses that the pressure is immense, although many veteran artistes told him not to worry, but to put the greatest effort into performing the role. Michael regards this as a test and hopes that the New Year will bring him good fortune. In addition, last year, Michael filmed several series, including "Best Bet" (which is currently broadcasting), "The Family Link," and "The Slicing of the Demon," which has yet to air.
